Basic Matrix: Instructor-Led , Hands-On or Webinar (1 – 2 hrs)

Matrix is the MLS tool that agents use to access the MRMLS database. 

Training topics include:

  • How to Login to Matrix
  • Overview of Matrix
  • Search Listings
  • Map Search
  • Print Listings
  • Email Listings
  • Map Listings

Intermediate Matrix: Instructor-Led , Hands-On or Webinar (Web conference) (1 – 2 hrs)
Basic Matrix is strongly recommended before taking the Intermediate Matrix class.
Training topics include:

  • Advanced Search Techniques
  • Hot Sheets
  • Different Aspects of Email and Auto eMail
  • How to Manage Prospects

Advanced Matrix: Instructor-Led , Hands-On or Webinar (web conference) (1 – 2 hrs)
Basic Matrix is strongly recommended before taking the Advanced Matrix class.

Training topics include:

  • Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
  • My Listings (Reverse Prospecting/Farming)
  • Custom Display
  • Custom Export
  • History
  • Roster

Listing Management: Instructor Led , Hands-On or Webinar (web conference) (1 – 2 hrs)

Training topics include how to:

  • Add and modify a listing
  • Add, delete, or replace a photo
  • Add, delete, or replace a supplement
  • Create an agent open house
  • Data Integrity Violations

Basic Smart Trac: Instructor-Led , Hands-On or Webinar (web conference) (1 hr)

Smart Trac allows agents to manage their files and transactions online. 

Training topics include how to:

  • Create a file
  • Add Favorite Providers
  • Set up Notifications
  • Add a To Do list
  • Work from your To Do List
  • Add participants
  • Order services
  • Upload and fax in documents
  • Update Status
  • Create a Document Package

Note: In order to use Smart Trac, members must either attend Classroom Training, Webinar Training or pass the Smart Trac Exam as part of our online curriculum.

Advanced Smart Trac: Instructor-Led , Hands-On or Webinar (web conference) (1 – 2 hrs)

Training topics include:

  • How to fine tune your settings
  • Create a To Do template
  • Add or remove a service provider
  • Order services
  • Manage systems accounts
  • Import or export data (Import the online version of WINforms)

PinPoint: Instructor-Led , or Webinar (web conference) (1 hr)

PinPoint allows you to overlay aerial photographs with parcel maps and tax data.

Training topics include:

  • How to use the map functions on the tool bar
  • Make annotations using the Draw tool bar
  • Search listings
  • Search properties
  • Create mailing labels

Realist Tax System: Instructor-Led , or Webinar (web conference) (1 hr)

The Realist Tax System is a public record service that reports current tax data.

Topics include:

  • Search techniques
  • Get comparables and create a CMA report
  • Create mailing labels
  • Use the map functions
  • Print
  • Email
  • Get assessors map
  • Get images of grant deeds and other documents
  • Get flood maps
